0-12 years - $0.00

13-17 years - $10.00

18-24 years - $18.00

25-44 years - $18.00

45-64 years - $18.00

65 years and older - $18.00

· Accounts not paid on the day of consultation

· Longer consultations or additional services provided

· Patients who are not enrolled with them (casual patients)

· After hours consultations
